Scheduling DOC Conference Rooms

You can initiate a request for DOC-Scheduling online at: http://home.commerce.gov/oas/rr_form.htm or call 202-482-3460 to reserve DOC conference rooms in HCHB and arrange setup needs (seating, table arrangement, and A/V equipment).

NOAA Conference Rooms Available

HCHB conference rooms 5215, 5803, 6205, and 6106 are available for NOAA meetings. You can view their availability in Oracle Calendar by selecting “open agenda”, click on the “search” icon, and select the “Resources” tab. Type in the name of the conference room you wish to view: USEC Conference Room 5215 HCHB; USEC Conference Room 5803; HCHB Conference Room 6205; and HCHB Room 6106.

Scheduling NOAA Conference Rooms

You can schedule HCHB Conference Room 6205 and HCHB Room 6106 directly in Oracle Calendar. NOAA CFO priorities take precedence in scheduling these rooms; scheduled meetings may be preempted to meet CFO needs.

Contact NOAA Executive Secretariat via email or the offices of NOAA’s Under Secretary, Assistant Secretary, or Deputy Under Secretary to schedule use of HCHB conference rooms 5215 and 5803. NOAA’s Under Secretary, Assistant Secretary, and Deputy Under Secretary priorities take precedence in scheduling these conference rooms; scheduled meetings may be preempted to meet their needs.

HCHB Teleconferencing Resources

NOAA Telephone Conference Line

The NOAA Under Secretary’s office, 202-482-3436, schedules access to a conference line for telephone conferences with an unlimited number of domestic callers; calls may be placed from any phone in the United States. NOAA’s Under Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Deputy Under Secretary take precedence for scheduling purposes; scheduled teleconferences may be preempted to meet their needs. The NOAA conference line can be used by only one group at a time, so the conference line must be reserved for each planned use.
